A simple calendar trick fixed my agency billing disputes
I kept having clients argue about hourly billing on small edits and revisions. So I started a shared Google Calendar with them where I block out time whenever I'm working on their account, even 15 minutes for an email check. After 2 months with 5 clients, I have zero disputed invoices and one client even said it helped them see where their money goes. Has anyone else tried this kind of time transparency approach?
