Can we talk about how agency review sites bury honest feedback?
Had a chat with a small business owner in Austin last week who said the platform he uses to leave reviews always flags his 3-star ones as 'suspicious' but lets glowing 5-stars through instantly. Is it just me or does that make the whole review system kind of pointless when you're trying to pick an agency?

Kinda feel like I should start leaving fake 5-star reviews for myself just to balance out the universe, but knowing my luck my car would get flagged as suspicious too.

Oh man, "balance out the universe" - I feel that so hard. The system is rigged against regular people like us. I got dinged for a "suspicious pattern" just because I logged in from my phone and laptop on the same day. My friend left herself one honest 4-star review after a buyer flaked and the algorithm shadowbanned her for two weeks. It's like they want us to cheat just to have a fair shot. Honestly, sometimes faking it is the only way to fight back.
