Got a review request from a shop in Nashville that turned out to be 14 months old
We got a Google review request last Tuesday from a client in Nashville who said they were ready to leave feedback on our site audit. I clicked the link in their message and saw the timestamp said the audit was done 14 months ago, which means they sat on it for over a year before anyone followed up. Does anyone else track how long it takes a client to actually act on a review ask, or is that just me being nosy?
Fourteen months is wild, like that client just had your audit sitting in an inbox collecting dust the whole time. I'd be dying to know what they were even doing for a year before deciding it was review time. Tracking the gap between sending an ask and getting a response seems useful, even if it just confirms people sit on stuff forever.
