Had a chat with a small biz owner that changed how I review agencies
She told me her SEO agency charged $2,000 a month but never explained why their keyword reports showed zero traffic growth for 6 months, and that made me realize I've been glossing over client outcomes in my own reviews.

Dang, my buddy paid an agency $3k a month for zero results too.

@jake_dixon same here man... I hired this agency that talked a big game about their "proprietary" methods and they charged me $2,500 a month for a year. My traffic actually went down after six months and their reports just showed pretty graphs with no real numbers. When I asked about it they said it was "seasonal adjustment" or some stuff like that. It's wild how many of these places just take your money and give you nothing back.
