Hot take: a bad agency review dispute over 2 late invoices took me 5 months to close out
Last fall I left a 2 star review for an agency in Denver that missed two invoice deadlines by 11 and 19 days, and they came back at me hard saying I owed them for work I never approved. Getting that review moved from "pending investigation" to actually published took 5 months, 3 support tickets, and one phone call where a rep told me "we can't verify your side without the contract." Part of me thinks the review sites should just show both sides side by side so people can judge, but the other part thinks agencies should not be able to stall a real complaint into the ground. If you have ever fought a review removal or a rebuttal, how long did yours drag out and did you ever get it resolved?
