Did they at least give you a cool spreadsheet with colors? I paid for one of those once and it was basically just "your site loads slow" repeated six times in different fonts. Guess that's what you get when the person running the audit didn't bother to actually click around your website.

Man that sucks but honestly kind of expected at that price point. Feels like a lot of agencies just throw numbers around.
