The first one just sent me a monthly report full of big words and charts I didn't get. The second one, from a local referral, gave me a 15 minute video walkthrough each month showing me exactly what they did, like fixing my site speed and adding new content. After 4 months, my site traffic went up 40% with the second group because I finally understood the plan. Has anyone else found that clear communication is the real key with these services?

How is this even a debate? Clear reporting is the whole service. If you don't get the report, you can't trust the work. The second agency gets that.
