Our agency's big presentation to a new client in Denver got hijacked by a rogue cat filter.
We were all on a video call, about to show our strategy deck. I was sharing my screen when suddenly my face had cat ears and whiskers. I must have hit a hotkey. The client's team went silent for a second, then their lead just said, 'Is this part of the creative approach?' We all laughed it off, but my heart was in my throat. Has anyone else had a tech fail totally derail a serious meeting? How do you bounce back?
