Signed a $2,400 contract with a marketing agency in Austin, their "reporting" was just screenshots of Google Analytics
Back in March I hired a small agency out of Austin to run ads for my side business, and the first red flag was when they sent a welcome packet as a PDF with my competitor's logo still on page 3. Four weeks in, I asked for a breakdown of where the $2,400 went and got back a two page doc that was literally screenshots of Google Analytics with no notes. I replied asking for spend by channel and they went quiet for six days, so I pulled the plug and disputed the last charge with my card company. Has anyone actually gotten a refund from a shop like this, or did you just eat the loss and move on?
