Stopped into a local agency in Austin that claimed 10x ROI on Google Ads. Their own website had a broken contact form.

The thing about a 10x ROI claim is that its almost always a bait and switch. They might be counting revenue without ad spend or attributing sales that had nothing to do with the ads. I checked three other agencies in Austin last year and every single one had a dead link or a broken form on their site. It's like hiring a personal trainer who shows up out of shape. If they can't fix their own landing page, they definitely aren't getting you 10x anything.

But is it really fair to judge every agency by a few broken links? Maybe they're too busy actually getting results for their clients to obsess over their own site, you know?

But what if they're just really focused on the work and their site is an afterthought @benwilliams? Like my mechanic drives a beat up truck but he keeps my car running like new. Maybe a broken form doesn't mean their ads are broken too.
