Watched a 2-person agency review team cut their report time from 5 days to 1 after they started recording client calls
I sat in on a review meeting at a small agency in Portland back in March and something clicked for me. Six months before that, their account reviews were taking almost a full week to put together because everyone was digging through emails and old notes. Then their ops lead started recording every client call and tagging the moments where clients mentioned wins or complaints. Now the reviewer just pulls clips, drops them into a shared doc, and the whole thing takes one afternoon. Does anyone else do call recording for reviews, or is that too much of a headache with client permissions?
