Buffalo cauliflower was a total game changer for me

I always thought air frying vegetables was just a sad diet hack but my buddy finally convinced me to try his buffalo cauliflower recipe last Sunday. That stuff came out crispy on the outside and soft inside with zero sogginess, way better than the frozen stuff I used to microwave. What's the best veggie you've done in your air fryer that surprised you?

Loved doing crispy brussel sprouts in mine, totally changed my mind on them.

@patb86 nailed it, that's exactly how i felt. i was the same way, always skipped the sprouts at thanksgiving or family dinners. but the air fryer totally flipped that around. i do mine with a little olive oil, garlic powder, and a splash of balsamic vinegar before they go in. they come out all caramelized on the edges and the bitterness just melts away. i had a bunch of naysayers at my house try them and even they went back for seconds.

oh man, same here. i used to absolutely hate brussel sprouts, like i would avoid them at all costs. but once i tried them in the air fryer with just some salt and pepper and a little oil, it was a total game changer. they get so crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, it's like a completely different vegetable. i actually look forward to making them now. you just reminded me i have a bag in the fridge i need to use up.
