I finally got crispy tofu right after three tries

Tried air frying tofu last month and it came out rubbery. Third batch yesterday with extra firm pressed for 30 minutes and tossed in cornstarch. What temp do you all use for the crispiest outside?

Follow a lot of people saying 375F is the sweet spot, I cranked it to 400F and got a much better crunch. Pressing the tofu longer (like an hour) and double coating it in cornstarch made a huge difference for me too. The extra heat helps it crisp up before the inside dries out, you know?
