My uncle swore by flipping wings every 4 minutes in the air fryer

Told me it was the secret to extra crispy skin after he ruined three batches at his place in 2022. Tried it last week with a dozen wings at 380 and honestly they came out way drier than my usual no-flip method. Has anyone else gotten bad advice from a family member that you naively followed

Rayy83 I gotta admit I was definitely on the other side before reading this. I used to think folks who got worked up over chicken wing prices were being dramatic. But then I saw what my local spot charges for a dozen and yeah, it's like they're planning a secret mission with those prices. You changed my mind though, it really is just chicken wings at the end of the day. Maybe I need to chill out a little.
