Rant: My air fryer chicken was always dry until my kid asked if it was jerky

I'd been cooking everything at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, no matter what it was. Anyone have a good temp/time chart they actually use?

I was in the same boat until I found a chart online and printed it. I keep it taped to the cabinet, kind of like @rivera.christopher's grandma's fridge note. For chicken thighs, I do 375 for about 18 minutes now and they actually stay juicy.

My old roommate used to do the same thing with his toaster oven. He'd just set it to broil and walk away for half an hour. Maybe we all just pick one setting and hope for the best?
