Switching to plant-based air fryer meals for the environment

I want to eat less meat to help the planet. Any simple air fryer recipes for veggies or beans? Looking for easy options.

I read a UN climate report that said cutting meat intake by half could seriously help the planet. For air fryer veggies, I just chop bell peppers, zucchini, and onions, toss them with a little oil and salt, then cook at 380 for 15 minutes. Chickpeas are great too, I drain a can, pat them dry, add spices, and air fry until crispy. That makes a quick protein snack. My friend swears by air fried tofu cubes with soy sauce for a easy meal. Honestly, the air fryer makes plant based cooking so much faster.

Reading that UN report about cutting meat intake really hit me. I've been cutting back on meat too, and it's not easy but it feels right for the planet. Your air fryer ideas are great, I use mine all the time for quick veggie snacks. I remember one time I just tossed in some old carrots and they turned out amazing, kinda sweet and crispy. Anyway, speeding up plant-based cooking does make a difference in sticking with it. Helps to know we're all trying in our own ways.
