Tried frozen chicken tenders in the air fryer vs oven side by side tonight

I had a bag of Tyson crispy strips and decided to cook half at 400 in the air fryer for 10 minutes and the other half in the oven at 425 for 18 minutes. The air fryer ones came out way crunchier and weren't soggy on the bottom like the oven batch. Has anyone else found that certain frozen foods just don't work as well in the oven after getting used to the air fryer?

yeah the air fryer just hits different for stuff like that. i was skeptical at first but once i tried frozen fries in it i never went back to the oven. the oven leaves that steamed texture on the bottom every time no matter what you do. air fryer gets that even crunch all around because the air moves constantly. i think it's the fan that makes the real difference. once you get used to that crisp it's hard to settle for less.

Did your buddy @the_sean ever try reheating leftover pizza in the air fryer? Because my friend Mike told me he did it last week and he said it came out way better than the microwave or even the oven. He said the crust stayed crunchy on the bottom and the cheese actually got that little bit of browning without burning. I guess he put a slice in at like 350 for maybe 3 minutes and it was perfect. He was really surprised since he usually just tosses pizza in the microwave and deals with it being soggy. Now he's air frying everything from chicken wings to even veggies and swears by it.
