Calibration slips on our torque tools are leading to over-tightened bolts.

I've seen three cases this month where bolts were stripped because the wrenches were out of spec. Each tool was last checked over a year ago, which is too long. It's an easy thing to forget, but it risks part failure. I now log every calibration date in our shared system.

90-day calibration cycles solved this for our team. Logging in the shared system is a good base, but adding calendar reminders prevents those missed checks!

Saw a friend's team miss a few logs and their metrics went way off. They only fixed it after putting reminders on everyone's calendars.
