Appreciation post: the older installer in Tucson who said 'no shortcuts on conduit bends, kid, the inspector checks every one'
I was rushing a 30 can run at a warehouse off I-10 last month and he made me redo 6 offsets. Turns out the city inspector flagged the last crew's work in that same building for sloppy bends. How do you all handle the guys who want to rush through pipe work?

No shortcuts on conduit bends" is the kind of advice I ignored for years before it finally cost me a redo on a whole rack. I used to think I was fast, but really I was just making extra work for future me. Now I slow down and check every offset twice, even when the foreman is breathing down my neck.
