Been installing for 8 years and just switched from wired to wireless door contacts in Chicago

Wired contacts took me 45 minutes per door in winter weather, wireless ones cut that to 12 minutes and I haven't had a single false alarm call in 6 months.

Oh man SIX months and not a single false alarm? That's WILD. I've been testing a new wireless setup in my van and I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop. Seriously impressive track record in a city like Chicago with all that cold and snow messing with things.

Man, 45 minutes for a door in Chicago winter? You earned that upgrade.
