I checked my records and realized I hit 500 panel installs without a single false alarm callback, something I never thought was possible when I started out of my van 8 years ago in Cleveland, so what's your secret for keeping false alarms down on new installs?

Nah, not buying it. False alarms happen sooner or later.

Had the same thing happen to me last year. Got all worked up for nothing, ended up feeling pretty foolish.

Oh man, tell me about it. I think I spent a good hour pacing around my kitchen before I realized the smoke detector just needed a new battery. At least we provided a good show for the neighbors, right?
