Honestly, what if he's just hiding in the bathroom to avoid actually working? I mean, that's my go-to move sometimes.

Three different times he called, @aaron845, and every single one had that same background noise - you could hear the echo of an empty room and a door clicking shut. Makes me wonder if he's actually at the job site at all, or if he found some quiet corner to duck into. Do you know how long he was gone before he called? Because that timing could tell us a lot about whether he's avoiding work or just making an excuse. I've had coworkers pull this move before, and it always ends the same way - more smoke breaks than actual labor getting done.
