Put in a Honeywell panel in Phoenix last week and the heat kept tripping the backup battery
Took three tries swapping out the battery before I realized the attic temp was hitting 130 and the vent placement was baking the cabinet, anyone else run into weird heat-related false alarms down in the southwest summer?

Wait, 130 degrees in the attic didn't melt the panel itself?

Heard most panels are rated for way higher temps, like 185 degrees, so 130 is nothing.
