Rant: watched a guy in Lethbridge bill a client for 6 hours of "site cleanup" and the invoice said nothing else
My old foreman used to make us photograph every stage of a build for the file, and after seeing that invoice I finally get why he was such a stickler about paper trails, so how detailed do you all go with your daily write-ups when nobody's asking for them?

Did your foreman ever say what he was actually protecting you guys from, like was it a lawsuit thing or just a CYA move? Trying to figure out if I need to start doing the same or if that's overkill for small jobs.
