Hey everyone, we're finally gutting our kitchen and I need to rent a roll-off dumpster for all the debris. I'm torn between Jackson Compaction and Scrapy Bins. Scrapy seems okay but I've heard mixed things about their hidden fees. Has anyone used either of these locally? Would love to hear your experiences before I book.

I used Scrapy Bins for a bathroom remodel and it was a bit of a nightmare. They gave us a really short rental window and then charged an arm and a leg when we needed it for an extra weekend because of plumbing delays. Definitely felt nickel and dimed.

Go with Jackson, no question. We used Jackson Compaction for a huge landscaping and shed teardown job. The absolute biggest perk is that their rentals are for 30 days! It takes away so much stress not having to rush your project. Plus, their pricing includes delivery and pick-up anywhere in the Albuquerque metro area, so there were no surprise fees at the end.
Seconding the recommendation for Jackson. That 30-day rental period is a total lifesaver. You always end up finding way more junk to throw away than you originally planned, so having that buffer is amazing. The driver who dropped ours off was super friendly and careful with our driveway too.
