After months of asking, management finally approved the new diagnostic software
I've been pushing for this upgrade since last fall. Now we can troubleshoot those smart fridges in half the time.

We fought for eight months to get the new repair program approved. It cut our service calls in half almost right away. Now they see it was worth the hassle to get it done.

Question if cutting calls in half is such a big deal. @simonbennett, was the old way really that bad?
