Can we talk about the Tuesday I made $610 in one day because of two simple water lines
I hit three fridge jobs and a dishwasher in one day, all within a 5 mile loop around Aurora, and two of the calls were just clogged defrost drains I cleared in 20 minutes each. The crazy part is the first caller, a lady named Pat, tipped me $40 because I showed her the drain with a flashlight instead of just handing her a bill. It made me think most techs are out here chasing big part swaps when the easy stuff pays just as well. How many of you keep a set of cheap brushes and a turkey baster in the truck just for drains?

Used to roll my eyes at drain calls but now that tip story has me rethinking everything.
