Found a trick for stuck fridge condenser fan motors
Had a Samsung fridge last week where the condenser fan was locked up solid. Normally I'd just replace the whole motor assembly, but the part was backordered for 2 weeks. I tried spraying some PB Blaster onto the shaft where it meets the bushing, let it sit for 10 minutes, then tapped the housing with a rubber mallet. That fan spun free and the fridge cooled down fine. Has anyone else gotten away with freeing up a seized motor like that?
