Tried a $20 capacitor tester off Amazon and it actually worked...

I was always skeptical about those cheap capacitor testers you see on Amazon for like $20. Figured they'd give false readings or just break after a few uses. But my regular Fluke was in the shop last month and I needed something fast for a call. Grabbed one just to get through the day and honestly the readings matched the Fluke within 5% on every cap I tested. Been using it for about 6 weeks now as a backup and it hasn't let me down yet. Has anyone else found a cheap tool that surprised you?

Swapped my old manual multimeter for a sub-$30 tweezers meter and never looked back.

Didn't one of the big YouTube guys just do a video on those? Said they're surprisingly accurate for the price.
