Why does nobody talk about the 2009 Whirlpool Duet door lock that clicks but won't start?
Last Tuesday a lady in Phoenix called me because her washer wouldn't spin after the lock clicked, and I found the wax motor had gone bad, a $28 part that took 10 minutes to swap. Any of you keep those wax motors on the truck, or do you just tell folks to replace the whole board?
