One storm removal in Tulsa made me rethink my whole climbing setup

Last month we had a 60 foot oak come down across a fence line, and my trusty old lanyard kept slipping on the wet bark, took me almost an hour just to get positioned. Swapped to a rope wrench mid-job after a buddy handed me his, and I finished the whole takedown before lunch. Anyone else made the switch and never looked back?
