Serious question, did I really need that $200 extended warranty on a $60 printer?
Bought a cheap printer at a store in Mesa last year and the cashier talked me into the 3 year extended warranty for $200. Printer broke 8 months in, so I called it in and they said the warranty only covers the print head or something weird. I ended up just buying a new one for $65 and the warranty people said I couldnt cancel or get a refund. So I lit $200 on fire basically. Has anyone actually gotten one of these warranties to pay out, or is it always a scam?
