Thought cold showers were just influencer nonsense until I tried them for 30 days straight

I figured it was all hype from those "alpha male" types on Instagram. But after my third week of finishing every morning shower with 2 minutes of cold water, I noticed my anxiety dropped way down and I wasn't reaching for coffee as early. The real kicker was when I slipped on ice last February and the recovery felt way faster than normal. Has anyone else here stuck with a wellness fad that actually delivered and found it changed something unexpected?

The recovery thing is real, cold constricts blood flow then flushes everything.
