My telescope mount gave out right during the Orion Nebula

It was a clear night in early March, and I was finally getting a good shot when the tracking motor just died. I had to manually nudge it every 30 seconds for the rest of the session. Anyone know a reliable repair shop for a Sky-Watcher EQ5?

My buddy Steve had his mount die on him last year during the Perseids. He ended up nudging for like two hours straight before his arm gave out.

Ugh that's the worst timing. Honestly though, I kinda love those manual nudging sessions, makes you feel more connected to the sky.

Right? It's weirdly calming. What's the longest you've had to nudge something back on track?
