Clear coat peeled on a 2021 F-150 in Tucson
Client brought in a truck with roof peeling like crazy after two Arizona summers. I stripped it down and thought I had the primer right, but the new base went on hazy. Anyone else fight this with factory clear or should I just blame the heat?

That desert sun bakes the factory clear so brittle it pulls the new base right off, sanding the bare metal first is the only fix.
