Changed my mind on impact wrenches after a seized lug nut

I used to think electric impacts were a waste unless you spent $600, but my buddy's 1/2 inch mid torque broke loose a 14 year old rusted nut on a F-250 in Denver that my breaker bar just snapped on. That one job converted me, now I keep one in the truck for every call. Anyone else hold out on cordless stuff until an air gun let them down?

Same here. I was the guy saying a $80 air impact from harbor freight was fine until I realized my compressor couldn't keep up with a rusted bolt either. Now I just stare at my breaker bar like it owes me money.
