My torque wrench lied and I paid for it at 90 mph
Pulled a wheel off a customer's Civic last Thursday and found three lug nuts finger tight. Dude had been driving on the highway for a week after a brake job somewhere else. I always test click my wrench before each use now, that lazy habit cost me a re-torque and a very red face. Anyone else ever catch someone else's handiwork that scary?
