One customer's torque spec comment changed my whole routine
Guy in Monroe watched me zip lug nuts with an impact and said 'you're gonna warp those rotors before 5k miles,' so I started hand-torquing everything now. Has anyone else had a customer spot something basic that you just never questioned?
