Hit 500 cars moved without a single damage claim, here's what I think did it

I run a small 2-truck operation in Phoenix and my dispatcher pointed out we just cleared 500 transports with zero claims. It surprised me because I always figured one bad loading or a loose strap would catch us eventually. Curious if other small operators track a milestone like this or if they just knock on wood and move on?
