My trailer tie-down math was off for 2 years until a weigh station guy spoke up
I always thought 4 straps on a 3,500 lb car was plenty, but the guy at the Cat scale in Tulsa said my front axle was cinched way tighter than the rear and showed me the numbers. Has anyone else had a load shift from uneven strap tension, or do most folks just wing it like I did?
