Paid a guy in Phoenix $80 to move my Civic 300 miles and he showed up with a tow dolly instead of a trailer
Booked this super cheap transport through a broker who swore the driver had a flatbed, but he rolls up in a pickup with a dolly and starts hooking up my front wheels. I asked if that was safe for 300 miles and he just shrugged and said "it's how I always do it." The car made it to Tucson with two new rock chips and a check engine light that wasn't on before. Has anyone else had a broker promise one thing and send a totally different setup?
