Spent $180 on a used Fluke 115 and it paid for itself in the first week
I was going back and forth on dropping that much on a meter when my $40 one seemed fine, but the continuity beeper on the cheap one was so slow I chased a bad ground for two hours on a King Air. The Fluke caught a loose cannon plug in ten minutes, but a buddy says his $60 Klein does the same job and I just paid for the name. Where do you all draw the line on test gear before it stops being worth it?
