Flooded rental in Seattle, but the landlord's 2 AM fix changed my whole take on him
Water started pouring through my kitchen ceiling light fixture last Tuesday after three straight days of rain, and I assumed he'd blame me, but he showed up in waders with a tarp crew and a $600 emergency plumber by sunrise, so is a bad turn like that actually a win when it exposes who really has your back, or does it just mean I got lucky this time?
