Hit 1,000 pallets moved in a single shift last Tuesday and nobody believed me until I showed the printout
The forklift was acting up all morning and I thought we'd fall behind, but somehow every load lined up perfect after lunch and I crushed my old record by 200 pallets, has anyone else had a day where the numbers just didn't make sense?

One hell of a shift, but numbers that big make me wonder if the counter glitched out on you. You positive the scale or scanner wasn't double counting a few loads?

Why would the counter glitch and not just stop working completely? Those scales are solid state, no moving parts to mess up. I've seen them pile up over 400 loads in a single yard without a hiccup. If it was double counting, you'd see weird weight totals that don't add up, not clean numbers like that. Trust the machine.

The 372 loads I mentioned earlier, that was at the Port of Savannah back in 2019... we had three scales running in parallel and they all matched up by the end. You're right to question the counter, but I've seen those solid state units go through hell and back without a single skip. Double counting would show up as weird weight spikes or time stamps that overlap, and this data was clean as a whistle from the first load to the last. I actually trust those machines more than I trust a human spotter on a busy day, no offense to the guys on the ground.
