I just flushed $150 on a 'guaranteed' mood-lifting light therapy lamp that did nothing but buzz.
Has anyone actually found a gadget that works for a genuine slump, or should I just stick to a walk outside?

Pile that lamp in the corner with my old "focus" headphones that gave me a headache after ten minutes and the vibrating foot massager that just tickled. It feels like every gadget is designed to sell you hope in a box, not actually fix anything. You walk outside and your brain just resets because the air moves and your eyes have to focus on stuff far away instead of a screen. I swear half the "wellness" industry is just people exploiting the fact that basic movement and fresh air are inconvenient. A walk won't fix a real chemical slump, but it'll do way more than a buzzing lamp ever will.
