Just realized my bad day fix was a 2 dollar notebook from Walgreens

My coworker Dana at the front desk in Boise told me she writes down 3 dumb things that went wrong plus 1 tiny win before clocking out, and it took me 20 minutes on a rough Tuesday to see the win. Does anyone else do a dumb little list like this, or am I late to the party?
