Shoutout to the $45 boot dryer that saved my work week

Last Tuesday I got soaked walking through a job site in Pittsburgh, and my boots were still wet the next morning. I had been putting off buying a boot dryer for months, thinking it was a waste. Finally grabbed one for $45 at the hardware store out of pure frustration. Plugged it in that night and by 6 AM my boots were dry and warm, no more squishy socks. It also stopped the smell that was starting to take over my closet. That one purchase paid for itself in less than a week. Anybody else have a random cheap tool that ended up being a daily lifesaver?
