That dead car battery in the Piggly Wiggly lot turned my whole week around
Last month my truck wouldn't start after a quick grocery stop near Birmingham, and I was already late for a family thing. A random guy in the lot offered cables, and while waiting we got to talking, turns out he runs a small machine shop and needed a part I had sitting in my garage. Sold it to him for $80, covered the tow, and now we swap beer and advice every few weeks. Anyone else have a breakdown that ended up opening a door?
