Why does nobody talk about how long a simple flat tire can really take?
Had a blowout on the I-5 near Tacoma yesterday, and what I thought would be a 30-minute swap with my spare turned into a 3-hour ordeal. The lug nuts were rusted solid, and my cheap tire iron just bent. Ended up calling a tow to a nearby shop to get it broken loose. Has anyone else had a simple roadside fix turn into a half-day project?
