Why does nobody talk about picking the boring fix over the fun one
Last Saturday my washing machine started shaking so bad it walked halfway across the laundry room floor. I had two options: drive to the hardware store and get a $12 set of rubber leveling feet, or just shove a folded towel under the front like my neighbor suggested. I went with the feet and spent 20 minutes on my back with a flashlight, and the thing has run quiet for three loads now. My whole weekend mood flipped once that noise stopped. Curious if other people here tend to pick the quick fix first and regret it like I usually do.
